"I had my 01 Road King in your shop back in March for much needed work to be done (first time in).....major service, tires, new drive belt and new chain tensioners back in mid-March when there was still snow around the seacoast and even bigger snow banks up in Roschester. Glen offered to pick up my bike and later in week when he had an enclosed trailor coming back to SHD, he offered to bring the finished bike back to my garage in Stratham. I was very impressed with your service manager Glen Gagne, Josh and his entire crew and all the work completed......nice job! I keep my bike very clean between rides but have to say it came back gleaming from a super detail and polish after all the service work being done. Very clean, well run shop with lots of attention to detail.....Debbie & Scott always smiling and very helpful out front in retail shop.

"I bought a 07 1200 Nightster. It was my first new anything. When I bought it I had them do the Race tuner, Hi-Flo, Hard Khrome Mufflers and scheduled a day to pick it up. Needless to say knowing I had a new bike to ride, I was impatient and called them to see if they could get it done a day sooner. They did. I have had the best purchasing experience. Everyone from Michael to Christine to Scott and Wayne to Glen, Czak and the rest of the service guys Have bee Awesome. I bought an extended warranty and the Priority service plan and I am glad I did. I have had my bike in 3 times and all 3 experiences have been great. We brought my husbands bike in for service and now he won't go anywhere else. We are a Rochester Harley Family. Thank you very much.

"I wish you were in town last year when my wife and I purchased new bikes!! The parts department is top notch, up to date on all new parts etc. Very curtious and always helpful. Your service department is just as good. They do whatever they can to make an appointment work with your schedule. All people on your sales floor, bikes and clothing are great to talk to and deal with. We started coming to you because you were closer than other dealers. "I just purchased a 2007 Sportster and Bill came in on his day off, got the deal rolling, and sealed the deal the SAME DAY. Then Wayne from service was on lunch, he came off lunch to get my order complete with my exhaust and was more then happy to help me and the ladies over in the clothing section were very helpful.
