Adding to the exterior style are dual-spoke, five-bar wheels as well as a floating seat that accommodates a rider and a passenger. A striking exhaust finisher angles sharply upward and expands to a power-driven size. Additional exterior features are a tall wind guard, a rectangular headlamp bar and mid-mount footrests.
The 2021 Harley-Davidson® Pan America™ 1250 Special is designed with exceptional performance in mind, so it is a lightweight, nimble bike that is loaded with functionality and power. The primary convenience on the bike is a 6.8-inch display screen that is mounted on the gauge panel. This equipment delivers access to voice recognition in a wide range of languages, Bluetooth tech and various bike controls. At the front, the adaptive headlights aid visibility while rounding through sharp corners.
The lightweight design is reinforced by the 150-horsepower engine’s integration with the chassis. This is a liquid-cooled Revolution Max 1250 that is introduced for the first time this year. It is accompanied by several features that are specific to the Pan America™ 1250 Special. These include vehicle load control with a semi-active front and rear suspension system, tire pressure monitoring, a steering damper, hand wind deflectors, heated hand grips, a brush guard, an aluminum skid plate and several other features.
This all-new model also introduces an innovative Adaptive Ride Height system. This system is comprised of balance-free forks, balance-free rear cushioning and automatic adjustments to the seat height based on the motion of the vehicle and the weight of the rider.
